Job Summary

To support project-based AI initiatives, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will design and evaluate scenarios related to fee inquiries, payment setups, and fraud claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and evaluate scenarios for fee inquiries and statement clarifications, ensuring accuracy in fee amounts
  • Create scenarios for autopay and payment setups with specific traps to test system responses
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy and conversational tone, focusing on empathy and clarity
Required qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services
  • Current or recent experience in customer service & support or banking & financial roles
  • Strong judgment in identifying service scope and reading fee schedules or policy documents
  • Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
