Job Summary

To support various project-based AI initiatives, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will design and evaluate scenarios related to fee inquiries, payment setups, and fraud claims, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and evaluate scenarios for fee inquiries and statement clarifications to ensure accuracy
  • Create payment setup scenarios that include potential issues like incorrect payees and insufficient funds
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy and conversational tone across different communication channels
Required qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, or banking and financial roles
  • Strong judgment in determining the scope of service and understanding fee schedules or policy documents
  • Strong written English proficiency (C1+ level)
