Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to customers and internal agents, the full-time Customer Support Resolution Specialist will resolve escalated issues with empathy and professionalism while working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex customer concerns and manage escalated inquiries effectively
- Coach customer advocates and serve as a subject-matter expert in a fast-paced support environment

Required qualifications
