Job Summary

Supporting the sales efforts of the organization, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will deliver exceptional service through various channels, manage a high volume of inquiries, and resolve customer issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve customers via phone, email, and other channels by answering inquiries and resolving issues
  • Handle 60-80+ inbound calls daily while maintaining strong service levels
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and billing
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B customer service or 3+ years of B2C experience
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools preferred
  • Ability to manage high call volume with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
