Job Summary
Seeking an upbeat and driven individual, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will enhance customer support by managing inbound communications, educating customers on products and services, and troubleshooting issues in a hybrid or fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound communication with shipping customers and service providers through calls and emails
- Educate customers on products and services while troubleshooting account or website problems
- Serve as a mediator between shipping customers and service providers to resolve disputes
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service and inbound call handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solutions
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
