Job Summary

Seeking an upbeat and driven individual, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will enhance customer support by managing inbound communications, educating customers on products and services, and troubleshooting issues in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound communication with shipping customers and service providers through calls and emails
  • Educate customers on products and services while troubleshooting account or website problems
  • Serve as a mediator between shipping customers and service providers to resolve disputes
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and inbound call handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solutions
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
