Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist for the Arts People platform, this role focuses on delivering exceptional support to arts organizations through troubleshooting software workflows, managing client inquiries via multiple channels, and ensuring a seamless experience for nonprofit clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for arts organizations, troubleshooting complex software workflows and answering inquiries
  • Provide high-quality support through tickets, live chat, and phone, while meeting key performance indicators
  • Document and escalate support tickets using Zendesk, and communicate software defects to the Development team
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or a related technical role
  • Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and software tools, including Zendesk and Jira
  • Familiarity with performing arts management or event operations is a plus
  • Strong work ethic with a client-first mentality and attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred but not required
