Job Summary
Providing remote customer support, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will troubleshoot basic technical challenges and assist users with inquiries over the phone for a duration of 4-5 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist users in troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Guide users through common solutions, such as clearing browser history and logging in/out
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
