Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Support Specialist will provide high-quality software support to end users, manage customer inquiries via calls and emails, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Master software features and provide timely support to end-users across various channels
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer queries, managing a backlog of tickets for resolution
  • Proactively engage with existing accounts to promote additional services and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of software/application support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively
  • Experience in a fast-paced, minimally directed environment
  • Clear and concise communication and documentation skills
