Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Support Specialist will provide high-quality software support to end users, manage customer inquiries via calls and emails, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Master software features and provide timely support to end-users across various channels
- Triage and troubleshoot customer queries, managing a backlog of tickets for resolution
- Proactively engage with existing accounts to promote additional services and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of software/application support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced, minimally directed environment
- Clear and concise communication and documentation skills
