Job Summary
Providing exceptional support experiences, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will collaborate with the Customer Experience organization to address customer inquiries and project-based assignments while maintaining high satisfaction levels and adhering to service-level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to complete project-based assignments within deadlines
- Set and manage customer expectations regarding resolution and response times
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required; Associates / Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service or tech support
- Ability to follow established protocols and policies
- Excellent case management and time management skills
