Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Support Specialist will answer inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding account information, billing, and order statuses while focusing on first-call resolution and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers across various communication channels
- Quickly assess customer issues to provide accurate support and exceed expectations
- Complete required training and adhere to department performance goals and standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday
