Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Support Specialist will answer inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding account information, billing, and order statuses while focusing on first-call resolution and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers across various communication channels
  • Quickly assess customer issues to provide accurate support and exceed expectations
  • Complete required training and adhere to department performance goals and standards
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday
