Job Summary
Providing customer service to healthcare providers and the inside sales team, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing communications, resolve issues, and support various teams while working remotely or onsite in Redwood City or Madison.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place incoming and outgoing calls, responding to voicemails and email inquiries
- Investigate and resolve issues for sales field, providers, and internal customers, escalating high-priority concerns as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and support the Clinical Study team with order entry and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center within the healthcare industry
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on exceptional customer experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
