Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and internal sales teams, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing communications, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives while working remotely or onsite in Redwood City or Madison.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and place phone calls, responding to voicemails and emails to address customer inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve issues for sales field and providers, escalating high-priority concerns to management
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and document new procedures for operational growth
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound contact center, preferably in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
