Job Summary
To create an incredible experience for customers, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will respond to inquiries via email and live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely and professional communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues and educate customers on product features and best practices
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, preferably in a tech startup
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
- Ability to quickly become a product expert and guide customers effectively
- Track record of identifying process improvements using customer feedback
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment background check
