Job Summary

To create an incredible experience for customers, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will respond to inquiries via email and live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely and professional communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and educate customers on product features and best practices
  • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, preferably in a tech startup
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
  • Ability to quickly become a product expert and guide customers effectively
  • Track record of identifying process improvements using customer feedback
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment background check
