Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries across various channels, resolve order issues, and coordinate with fulfillment partners while adhering to established service level agreements.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing inbound customer tickets and resolving order issues end-to-end via helpdesk platforms
  • Coordinating with fulfillment partners on order status and proactively informing customers about updates
  • Meeting resolution targets and contributing to the improvement of standard operating procedures
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in DTC or e-commerce
  • Strong written English skills with a personable communication style
  • Experience working within helpdesk or ticketing systems
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer frustrations effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for identifying potential issues
