Job Summary
Fostering positive customer relationships, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage high-priority voice and email requests, provide order status updates, and facilitate order completion in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support implementation processes
- Correct and process returned products while ensuring customer needs are met
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Commercial teams is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
