Job Summary

Fostering positive customer relationships, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage high-priority voice and email requests, provide order status updates, and facilitate order completion in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support implementation processes
  • Correct and process returned products while ensuring customer needs are met
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate large datasets
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Commercial teams is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
