Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist for the 1st shift in a fully remote capacity, this temporary position will manage patient intake, insurance verification, and coordination of respiratory therapy services while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patient concerns
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely service delivery
• Educate patients on CPAP therapy products and services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement preferred
• One year of related work experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
