Position Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via chat, from initial inquiry to resolution
  • Resolve technical issues related to SaaS, web browsers, and various hardware devices
  • Provide effective and empathetic support across the platform
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in client-facing support role
  • Demonstrated technical skills in troubleshooting software and hardware
  • Ability to work collaboratively and is team-oriented
  • Familiarity with case tracking and customer relationship management software
  • Willingness to learn new software features and particulars
