Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support to customers through various channels
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs to internal teams
  • Educate customers on the functionality and use of the company's products
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a software product, preferably SaaS Healthcare
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle
  • Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment with shifting priorities
