Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep knowledge of the company's Fundraising Platform and act as a first responder for incoming requests
  • Resolve technical and account issues through online chat and email, and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions
  • Contribute to the improvement of support practices and assist in the adoption of the company's platform by nonprofits and donors
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or similar role at an enterprise technology/SaaS provider
  • Technical skills and interest in learning about HTML, CSS, APIs, and more
  • Fluent English (written and verbal to business level)
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally at all levels
  • Familiarity with or experience using Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have)
