Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers to troubleshoot problems with their accounts and provide support for software products
- Assist the Sales team by speaking to leads about the benefits and features of the company's products
- Write articles for the help center on product usage and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role for a SaaS company
- Experience using customer support software for live chat, phone, and email support
- Legal industry experience preferred, but not required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies
- Interest in learning about the law and understanding the needs of attorneys
- Able to work EST & CST timezones
