Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speak with customers to troubleshoot problems with their accounts and provide support for software products
  • Assist the Sales team by speaking to leads about the benefits and features of the company's products
  • Write articles for the help center on product usage and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role for a SaaS company
  • Experience using customer support software for live chat, phone, and email support
  • Legal industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies
  • Interest in learning about the law and understanding the needs of attorneys
  • Able to work EST & CST timezones
