Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new customers, providing information about products and taking orders
  • Create new sales orders and quotes, demonstrating attention to detail and knowledge of sales policies
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks within Customer Support, supporting company goals and teammates
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or order entry
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Comfortable learning new technology, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Self-starter who can prioritize multiple tasks
