Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II responsible for providing customer service to providers and the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls as necessary
  • Investigate and resolve issues for providers and internal customers while managing customer complaints
  • Work cross-functionally to support various teams and document process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, preferably in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the country
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position
