Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer support, the full-time Non-Technical Support Specialist II will assist AAMC Member Medical School Institutions by resolving inquiries, leading onboarding activities, and fostering strong relationships to enhance member engagement, all while working remotely within the Washington DC/Baltimore area.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first line resource for admissions teams, responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance with application protocols
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and product demonstrations to new users, enhancing their understanding of AMCAS systems and tools
  • Document user issues and provide feedback to improve support processes and service delivery
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service or call center experience (3 - 4 years preferred)
  • Eligibility to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC
