Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Review courses for compliance and quality on the Partner's Platform
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support for Japanese businesses
- Knowledge and experience in using Honorific Japanese (Keigo)
- Strong technical proficiency with web, computers, and smartphones
- Flexibility with work schedules and the ability to work without micromanagement
- Experience with CRMs and bug-tracking tools is a plus
