Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support with leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with CRM support platforms such as Zendesk
  • Experience providing direct support to customers via social media platforms
  • Proven ability to coach and support team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
