Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach agents on performance, conduct training, and facilitate team meetings
  • Handle escalated customer issues and analyze daily call result reports
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment
  • Experience driving metric results for a team
  • Working knowledge of internal CRMs and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
