Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and management of Customer Care staff and Call Center functions
- Coach agents on performance, conduct training, and facilitate team meetings
- Handle escalated customer issues and analyze daily call result reports
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment
- Experience driving metric results for a team
- Working knowledge of internal CRMs and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree preferred
