Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator - Customer Support Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, design, configure, test, deploy, and support the Customer Support ecosystem
  • Partner with various teams to shape product definition and requirements
  • Implement critical interfaces and complex modules of the systems and features
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Zendesk experience as an administrator
  • Strong understanding of Zendesk and its features
  • Experience with mid-tier API systems and Zendesk API suite is a plus
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
