Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the freelance Customer Support Task Author will design and calibrate realistic support triage tasks, including ticket reading, account configuration checks, and escalation decisions, in a fully remote and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Author realistic support task prompts and scoring rubrics for customer issue triage and resolution paths
  • Set up task environments that replicate genuine support scenarios and confirm their realism by solving each task
  • Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting ambiguity and complexity to appropriately challenge the AI model
Required Qualifications
  • Experienced support engineer or customer success professional with hands-on product support experience
  • Deep familiarity with product failure modes, escalation paths, and support tooling
  • Ability to reason through ambiguous scenarios and articulate correct routing decisions
  • Comfortable defining verifiable correctness criteria for support resolutions
  • Strong written communication skills for creating precise tasks and rubrics
