Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the freelance Customer Support Task Author will design and calibrate realistic support triage tasks, including ticket reading and account configuration checks, in a fully remote capacity with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Author realistic support task prompts and scoring rubrics for customer issue triage and escalation decisions
  • Set up task environments that replicate genuine support scenarios, ensuring realism and clarity in tasks
  • Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting ambiguity and complexity to appropriately challenge AI models
Required Qualifications
  • Experienced support engineer or customer success professional with hands-on product support experience
  • Deep familiarity with product failure modes, escalation paths, and support tooling
  • Ability to reason through ambiguous scenarios and articulate correct routing decisions
  • Comfortable defining verifiable correctness criteria for resolution or escalation decisions
  • Strong written communication skills for precise task and rubric documentation
