Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Technical Support Team, including mentoring and training staff
- Handle technical escalations and provide direct end-user support
- Track and report on team performance metrics and support cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, management, or similar; highly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a management position; required
- Proficient in using common support tools and platforms, including Zendesk; required
- Experience with MongoDB, Jira, and Confluence preferred
- Familiarity with API troubleshooting and configurations such as Auth0 and SSO
