Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to provide high-level support and mentor a team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer queries across various channels while managing service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and handling escalations effectively
- Mentor team members, facilitate onboarding, and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in online customer support for a SaaS product
- Experience in mentoring peers or leading small teams in a digital support environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with browser developer tools
- Experience with APIs and providing support on API-related queries
- Proficient in English with a positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing others
