Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software applications
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to document their nature
  • Provide professional customer service and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
  • Understanding of web applications using supported browsers
