Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support requests and diagnose common technical issues
  • Classify and document incoming support requests, escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Contribute to internal documentation and maintain organized support tickets
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support, SaaS support, or IT helpdesk
  • Comfort with ticketing systems and real-time support environments
  • Ability to learn technical products and workflows quickly
  • Basic familiarity with software troubleshooting and data concepts is preferred
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Pylon, Zendesk, or Jira is advantageous
