Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with accounting software or traditional accounting processes
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in business-to-business services or technology
  • Confidence in interacting with various technology applications and software
  • Experience with case management systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or Jira
