Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician to join their remote support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software and hardware issues
- Triage and troubleshoot problems, documenting the nature of the issues
- Provide professional customer service and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in business-to-business services
- Confidence in learning and interacting with various technology applications and network infrastructure
- Experience with case management systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or Jira
- Passion for problem-solving and delivering high levels of customer care
