Job Summary

Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time remote Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries related to software and hardware products, providing efficient service through phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer real-time customer inquiries regarding software applications via phone, email, or chat
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to document and understand their nature
  • Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in B2B services
  • Confidence in interacting with various technology applications and software
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
