Job Summary
Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time remote Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries related to software and hardware products, providing efficient service through phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Answer real-time customer inquiries regarding software applications via phone, email, or chat
- Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to document and understand their nature
- Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
- Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in B2B services
- Confidence in interacting with various technology applications and software
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
