Job Summary

To support an outstanding Support team, the full-time Customer Support Technician will assist customers with technical questions and issues related to software and products, delivering friendly service remotely from the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support while maintaining discretion in communications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across software and products, including complex cases
  • Document cases clearly and contribute to knowledge management by improving KB articles and resources
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer support or service experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
  • Solid understanding of assigned product areas and relevant tools
  • Collaborative team player who adapts to change and contributes knowledge
  • Applied Epic experience is a plus
