Job Summary
To support an outstanding Support team, the full-time Customer Support Technician will assist customers with technical questions and issues related to software and products, delivering friendly service remotely from the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support while maintaining discretion in communications
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across software and products, including complex cases
- Document cases clearly and contribute to knowledge management by improving KB articles and resources
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of customer support or service experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Solid understanding of assigned product areas and relevant tools
- Collaborative team player who adapts to change and contributes knowledge
- Applied Epic experience is a plus
