Job Summary
Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries related to software and hardware issues, providing efficient service remotely via phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Answer real-time customer inquiries regarding software applications through various communication channels
- Triage and troubleshoot customer problems, documenting the nature of issues encountered
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
- Confidence in learning about various technology applications and network infrastructure
- Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
