Job Summary

Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries related to software and hardware issues, providing efficient service remotely via phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer real-time customer inquiries regarding software applications through various communication channels
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems, documenting the nature of issues encountered
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service while escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
  • Confidence in learning about various technology applications and network infrastructure
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
