Job Summary

Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time remote Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries regarding software and hardware, providing efficient service through phone, chat, and email while troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer real-time customer inquiries related to software applications via phone, email, or chat
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to document and resolve issues effectively
  • Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center, preferably in business-to-business services
  • Confidence in interacting with various technology applications and software
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
