Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Technician will support customer happiness and retention by managing support tickets, solving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the cannabis industry.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to support tickets and identifying customer issues
- Relaying advanced customer problems to the customer success and engineering teams with detailed notes
- Creating knowledge base articles based on common customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations
- Prior experience in a technical support capacity, handling customer calls directly
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience using technical tools such as SQL and ticketing solutions
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on proposing solutions
