Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Technician will support customer happiness and retention by managing support tickets, solving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the cannabis industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to support tickets and identifying customer issues
  • Relaying advanced customer problems to the customer success and engineering teams with detailed notes
  • Creating knowledge base articles based on common customer inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in supporting cannabis operations
  • Prior experience in a technical support capacity, handling customer calls directly
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience using technical tools such as SQL and ticketing solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on proposing solutions
