Job Summary

Providing remote support, the full-time Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to software and hardware products, ensuring efficient and friendly service through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software applications
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems, documenting the nature of the issues
  • Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Background in a real-time customer support center, preferably in B2B services
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
