Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Associate Customer Support Technician will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to software and hardware products, ensuring efficient and friendly service through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software applications
- Triage and troubleshoot customer problems, documenting the nature of the issues
- Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
- Background in a real-time customer support center, preferably in B2B services
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
