Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer, technical, and product support, the full-time remote Customer Support Technician will resolve customer support tickets, contribute to departmental efficiency, and maintain expert knowledge of the SkySlope platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to and resolving customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone calls while building rapport
  • Supporting team members to enhance overall departmental efficiency
  • Maintaining expert-level proficiency on the SkySlope platform to confidently resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
  • Experience providing high-level customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center
  • Experience multitasking across multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with both Microsoft and Mac platforms
  • Experience using various web browsers
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
