Job Summary
Providing mission-critical technical support for Motorola ASTRO systems, the full-time hybrid Customer Support Technician II will manage incident resolution, ensure system stability for public safety communications, and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for Motorola ASTRO systems and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) infrastructure
- Drive incidents to resolution by performing triage, documenting troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex issues as needed
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and build strong relationships
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of Technical Support experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Network Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows/Windows Server and Linux/Unix
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
