Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Technology Specialist dedicated to administering customer support tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the internal expert on customer support tools and platforms
  • Administer, configure, and optimize call center agent-facing tools
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new features and troubleshoot issues


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience as a customer support technology and operations specialist
  • Experience with Zendesk and Talkdesk platforms
  • Experience working with BPO vendors and multiple customer service channels
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs is preferred
