Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Technology Specialist dedicated to administering customer support tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal expert on customer support tools and platforms
- Administer, configure, and optimize call center agent-facing tools
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new features and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience as a customer support technology and operations specialist
- Experience with Zendesk and Talkdesk platforms
- Experience working with BPO vendors and multiple customer service channels
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs is preferred
