Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Trainer responsible for training new hires and maintaining training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver formal training for new hires on support tools and processes
  • Build and maintain training materials for various support teams
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the CET program
Required Qualifications
  • Available to work regular hours with some flexibility
  • Extensive knowledge of Canvas
  • Minimum of 6 months of Canvas L1 Support experience (preferred)
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to digest feedback and improve from it
