Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Trainer responsible for training new hires and maintaining training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver formal training for new hires on support tools and processes
- Build and maintain training materials for various support teams
- Perform administrative tasks related to the CET program
Required Qualifications
- Available to work regular hours with some flexibility
- Extensive knowledge of Canvas
- Minimum of 6 months of Canvas L1 Support experience (preferred)
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to digest feedback and improve from it
