Job Summary

Customer Systems Administrator is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing the tools and processes for Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams, including Salesforce and Gainsight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and improve Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools, ensuring system hygiene and process support
  • Assist with Salesforce administration tasks, including data management and basic automation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for operational insights and team productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a systems, operations, or admin role (RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or similar)
  • Foundational experience with Salesforce administration (6+ months hands-on)
  • Exposure to Customer Success or Revenue tools (Gainsight, Gong, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and revenue motions
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and system workflows
