Job Summary
Customer Systems Administrator is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and optimizing the tools and processes for Customer Success and Revenue Operations teams, including Salesforce and Gainsight.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and improve Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools, ensuring system hygiene and process support
- Assist with Salesforce administration tasks, including data management and basic automation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for operational insights and team productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a systems, operations, or admin role (RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or similar)
- Foundational experience with Salesforce administration (6+ months hands-on)
- Exposure to Customer Success or Revenue tools (Gainsight, Gong, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and revenue motions
- Comfort working with data, reports, and system workflows
