Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Product Support specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information from customers, document actions taken, and troubleshoot issues while minimizing disruption
  • Maintain a strong functional knowledge of the company's core products and provide support for project estimates and budget controls
  • Monitor customer inquiries through the ticketing system and facilitate remote meetings for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of software application development or support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel Macro experience preferred
  • Experience with bug and case tracking systems; Azure DevOps and Service Now preferred
  • Experience in customer communication via phone and/or video
  • SaaS troubleshooting experience is ideal
