Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Product Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from customers, document actions taken, and troubleshoot issues while minimizing disruption
- Maintain a strong functional knowledge of the company's core products and provide support for project estimates and budget controls
- Monitor customer inquiries through the ticketing system and facilitate remote meetings for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of software application development or support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel Macro experience preferred
- Experience with bug and case tracking systems; Azure DevOps and Service Now preferred
- Experience in customer communication via phone and/or video
- SaaS troubleshooting experience is ideal
