Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review student/instructor feedback on zyBooks content and assess validity
- Assist users with account management tasks such as merging accounts and resetting passwords
- Escalate issues to internal teams and manage progress while providing updates to users
Required Qualifications
- Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS/CE/IT/Engr/Math at a college/university
- Proficiency in fundamentals taught in an introductory class for the degree, such as basic programming knowledge
- Available to work off hours, including evenings and weekends
- Access to a laptop or computer
