Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review student/instructor feedback on zyBooks content and assess validity
  • Assist users with account management tasks such as merging accounts and resetting passwords
  • Escalate issues to internal teams and manage progress while providing updates to users
Required Qualifications
  • Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS/CE/IT/Engr/Math at a college/university
  • Proficiency in fundamentals taught in an introductory class for the degree, such as basic programming knowledge
  • Available to work off hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Access to a laptop or computer
