- Review student/instructor feedback on zyBooks content and validate it
- Assist users with account management tasks such as merging accounts and resetting passwords
- Escalate issues to internal teams and manage their progress while providing updates to users
Required Qualifications
- Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS/CE/IT/Engineering/Math at a college/university
- Proficiency in fundamentals taught in an introductory course for the relevant degree
- Available to work off hours, including evenings and weekends
- Access to a laptop or computer
