Job Summary
Assisting users with the zyBooks application, the part-time remote Customer Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, and provide feedback on internal processes while communicating with students and instructors via email.
Key responsibilities:
- Review student/instructor feedback and validate issues related to zyBooks content
- Assist users with account management tasks, including merging accounts and resetting passwords
- Escalate issues to internal teams and oversee their progress, providing updates to users
Required qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS/CE/IT/Engr/Math at a 4-year or 2-year college/university
- Proficiency in fundamentals taught in introductory courses for the relevant degree
- Available to work off hours such as evenings/weekends
- Access to a laptop or computer
- Strong written communication skills
