Job Summary

Assisting users with the zyBooks application, the part-time remote Customer Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, and provide feedback on internal processes while communicating with students and instructors via email.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review student/instructor feedback and validate issues related to zyBooks content
  • Assist users with account management tasks, including merging accounts and resetting passwords
  • Escalate issues to internal teams and oversee their progress, providing updates to users
Required qualifications:
  • Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS/CE/IT/Engr/Math at a 4-year or 2-year college/university
  • Proficiency in fundamentals taught in introductory courses for the relevant degree
  • Available to work off hours such as evenings/weekends
  • Access to a laptop or computer
  • Strong written communication skills
